Our Brooklyn location is open for in-store pickups Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Outside of those hours, you may fill out our contact form and we will respond the next business day.
We accept secure online payments via credit card through Authorize.net (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Direct Debit) at checkout.
ORDERS
If you require a product not listed on our site, complete our contact form with your project details or call us directly. We’ll provide a custom quote within 72 hours for specialty items, custom colors, or unique finishes.
Once artwork is uploaded and the order enters our pre-press workflow, it cannot be cancelled as printing begins immediately. If no artwork has been submitted yet, please contact us by phone—emails alone won’t suffice for cancellation.
Your invoice will be emailed upon order submission.
Customer satisfaction is our priority at Brooklyn Sign Hub. If the print has a visible defect, please contact us within two weeks of receipt. We will review and address any quality concerns promptly.
PRINTING
We offer both uncoated and coated stocks:
Uncoated is ideal for materials that will be written on, such as letterheads or forms.
Coated is available in matte or glossy finishes and is suitable for flyers, posters, and brochures needing a polished appearance.
Yes. We can print using spot colors (Pantone or HKS) for many of our products—please submit the exact color value in your artwork when requesting this option.
Choose from UV coating, lamination, matte or gloss finishes. We also offer photo-paper gloss/matte coatings and additional enhancements to suit your project needs.
FILE PREPARATION
We accept: JPG, PDF, EPS, TIFF, and PS (PostScript).
For best results, save PDFs in PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-3 format and disable transparencies.
Yes. All files must be print-ready. If you need templates or layout guides, please check the product page or contact our support team.
To avoid unintended white edges after trimming, add a 2 mm bleed on each side of your artwork. Keep key text and graphics at least 3 mm inside the trim line. Failing to provide these may lead to margins or white borders.
Yes. Our team reviews every artwork submission. If we find issues (format, resolution, missing fonts, etc.), we will contact you to approve changes before printing.
We recommend CMYK color mode to ensure accurate color reproduction.
Resolutions of 300 dpi or higher are ideal for print clarity.
Yes. Front and back artwork should be submitted as separate files. Mixing both in one file can cause delays.
For Spot UV, provide two files: one for full-color print, and a separate Spot UV template file showing the areas to be coated in 100% K.
