Customer files may be stored temporarily and deleted after 30 days. Brooklyn Sign Hub is not responsible for the loss or recovery of files beyond this period.

File & Print Requirements

We recommend that all uploaded files meet the following standards:

• Minimum resolution: 300 DPI at 100% size.

• Color mode: CMYK without embedded profiles.

Brooklyn Sign Hub is not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution, RGB, or improperly formatted files.

Proofs & Order Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all electronic proofs before production. Once an order is approved, Brooklyn Sign Hub is not liable for errors including spelling, layout, color variations, or file issues.

Color & Print Quality

While we adhere to industry color standards, slight color variations may occur between digital previews and printed products due to monitor settings or material differences.

Brooklyn Sign Hub cannot guarantee an exact color match to your screen or prior prints.

Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required in full before production unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and PayPal. If a payment is declined, Brooklyn Sign Hub reserves the right to cancel or delay your order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled prior to entering production. Once production has begun, cancellations or refunds are not permitted.

Design services are non-refundable once work has started.
